Ah, the hot, humid Houston summer. Oh? It still isn’t summer? Well, it’s close enough anyhow and we’ve been spending as much time as we can outdoors before the real summer heat sets in. oy vey. This morning was an active severe weather morning as a storm ripped through the east side of our home causing major ‘flooding’ in our son’s room. It is believed to have hit our home somewhere between 6:30 and 6:45 [...] We were sick over the past weekend and during the beginning of this week. Well, Sprout never got sick, the rest of us did. My mom came to save the day and helped us out Monday – Thursday while my husband was out of town. We were over our illness pretty well by [...] My New Year’s Day baby is 5 months old today. He can’t talk or crawl. He can’t really sit up, yet. He’s rolled over once and only once. But, he does smile – a ton. He laughs and giggles a lot.
