This morning I hurried at the sewing machine so that I could finish a new pair of jersey knit pants for Sprout. We’ve been doing an ecclectic mix of toddler fitness/yoga/dance and jersey is the perfect fabric for movement and comfort. We made it to class a few minutes late, but at least [...]
Teething in progress Baby Ollie is growing up much too fast. He’s been crawling backwards and toying with forward motion. As of today, I can finally see a bit of tooth ready to erupt from his gums. Did I mention that one of my favorite things about babies [...] Sorry, I couldn’t resist the title. Sprout has found his one true love:
The joy he was exuding was palpable. We recently made some new friends at the park who introduced Sprout to all things wheeled. They had skateboards, scooters, and bikes. As a mother who looks for the safest option, [...] I’ve been working on lots of projects, but am losing sight of my vision for my home. I have a few projects that have been waiting in the wings and it’s time to get those done before moving on to other ideas. mend bloomers for a friend How time flies! We’ve been keeping quite busy during these hot months. It seems to take extra work to tire out Sprout since we can’t spend as much time as we’d like outside due to the heat. We’re all doing well, though, and that’s what really matters. In the meantime, I’ve finished a few projects:
