This is almost what a vegan thanksgiving day table looks like:

My hubby took this photo. Can you tell he was hungry? The focus is on the food and not that gosh darn adorable baby in the background!
We had pan seared seitan with mushroom gravy, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, cornbread dressing, apple pie, and my husband had one other thing that I won’t be mentioning here.
Oh, and we had delicious homemade wheat rolls. Aidan is a great baker!

Aidan also happens to build airplanes in his spare time. This one is made out of a sewing gauge and some clothes pins.

The rest of our weekend was spent just hanging out together. I got into full craft mode and started really working on some gift making. It’s unfortunate that I can’t blog about what I’m making, but I’ll share what I can in the mean time.
